Another fantastic performance by Steven Segal, who plays a reckless detective who has a mysterious pass, but is transferred to Los Angeles to help with a case of a serial killer and a copycat. His partner throughout is the comical Keenan Ivory Wayans. There is a lot of action in this mysterious action thriller.
